Forty Carrington Resolution Centre
Mediation & Commercial Dispute Resolution — Adelaide
40 Carrington Street, Adelaide · South Australia 5000
About the Centre
Forty Carrington Resolution Centre occupies purpose-configured premises at 40 Carrington Street in Adelaide’s legal precinct — a short walk from the Supreme, District, Magistrates and Federal Courts, and within easy reach of the city’s principal barristers’ chambers.
The centre provides the infrastructure for commercial dispute resolution at the level the work demands: private, professional, and properly equipped. Every booking is connected to a mediation or other dispute resolution process conducted by one of the centre’s practitioners.
The centre is home to two accredited mediators and dispute resolution specialists — Stephen Dickinson of Ansr Dispute Resolution and Adam Rosser of Adam Rosser Dispute Resolution — and is available exclusively in connection with their services.
To arrange a mediation or other dispute resolution process at the centre, contact Stephen Dickinson or Adam Rosser directly.
The Mediators
Both practitioners at 40 CRC are nationally accredited mediators under the AMDRAS scheme, with extensive backgrounds as commercial litigators before transitioning to full-time dispute resolution practice. Between them they cover a wide range of commercial disputes, with particular depth in construction, technology, insurance, and general commercial matters.

Both Stephen and Adam are primarily engaged as mediators, and the centre is designed around mediation as its primary purpose. Between them they also offer a full spectrum of dispute resolution and dispute management services — and in some cases, the right process for a matter is not mediation at all.

Facilitated pre-action meetings, board and commercial facilitation, expert witness conclaves, and major project dispute management processes. Structured conversation when formal process is not yet required.
